Rooted in the Land

The story of Harashim Winery began in 1987, when the first vineyard was planted in one of Israel’s rainiest and most elevated regions—860 meters above sea level.


Founded by native Galileans and stewards of the land, the winery was built with a deep respect for the natural world and a mission to preserve biodiversity through biodynamic agricultural practices.

Yaar 2022

A blend of three vineyard plots:

  • Cabernet Sauvignon from Harashim Vineyard

  • Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot from Tzivon Vineyard

Grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness and varietal expression. Each component is wild-fermented and aged separately before a final blend is made one month prior to bottling. The result: a bold yet balanced wine with vibrant fruit and natural complexity.
